John Elliott currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Communications, of Intellidome Advanced Lighting & Security Systems.
Mr. Elliott received his Bachelors Degree in Physics from Wright State University, and Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Chemistry from University of South Florida. He has over 25 years of executive management experience in the corporate world.
With the exception of SpeedCom, L3, IMC and Standard Oil, Mr. Elliott has spent the majority of his career working and managing his own companies. His current position is president of Global Wireless Solutions and Technology, Inc, a telecommunications manufacturing company specializing in long Range VSAT, MPLS products and terrestrial deployment hardware. He is also president of Coral Wireless and Video, a design sales integrator specializing in the niche enterprise and private data field.
Mr. Elliott concentrates on government and municipalities and large/private data networks with global rollouts, with a special emphasis on the total solution. He has over 4,500 wireless and VSAT networks rolled out throughout the global market.
Early experience in the video field left Mr. Elliott involved in the design of such notable projects as the original US border surveillance project through INS, through IMC L3 (pre-Department of Homeland Security). This is an 800-mile network across the southern border of the United States, from El Paso, Texas, to San Diego, California.
Other clients have incorporated Mr. Elliott and his solution for pipeline surveillance including oil, gas and steam; as well as oil platform protection in the Gulf of Mexico and off the coast of Africa. He has devised a unique solution for oil exploration and is credited with the first all-wireless rollout for Virginia Union University in Richmond, Virginia. John has endeavored into many arenas with the onset of RF technology released to the public in 1996 and has many highly successful solutions and networks running today that have stood the test of time in the once grey field.
Mr. Elliott has been called upon by such notables as AT&T Corporate, Motorola Corporate, Sprint Corporate, Bell Canada, Embarq Logistics, Voice stream, Deutsche Telecom, DynCorp, Raytheon, Navajo Nation, Window Rock, Dine College, Exxon Mobile, PMI Management, Amerada Hess, Shell Philippines, BP world, US Government, Liberian Government, Equatorial Guinean Government US Virgin Islands Government and many more to incorporate his total solution approach to their data internet surveillance and voice needs.
